All too often we see the project sponsor and the project delivery team at war in the court room over failures in the contract. It’s a scenario that’s too common and often depressing.

How can we start improving contracts to become more collaborative, where the sponsor and the delivery team work in unison to achieve quality outcomes?

Well, according to Dr. Saeed Shalbafan and former PMI chapter president Mark Lowy – it's not going to be easy. Project maturity across APAC is generally considered quite low. Most organisations range from Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) level one or two... at worst, they are a zero!

This podcast will take a look at project contracts and how organisations can improve their maturity to:

  • Start Creating Better Contracts
  • Start Eliminating the Typical Pitfalls of Traditional Project Management
  • Start Knowing When and How to Deploy Technology
  • Start Improving Project Performance
