Hexagon PPM experts review the new features of Smart Construction 2018 and the expansion of functionality and support of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP).

- Creating Construction Work Area (CWAs) and Construction Work Packages (CWPs) for early planning as a precursor to defining Installation Work Package (IWPs). Including: Content Rules, Reports, Cost Code Summaries and 4D animation at both the CWPs and IWPs levels.
- Introducing the New Components Directory interface to increase productivity to access component level information for subsequent packaging and viewing in 3D models and drawings.
- Determining constructability to include materials supply chain information and other construction constraint identification and resolution.
- Issuing and monitoring progress of IWPs to include the new features of Smart Construction OnSite mobile device solution and integration with EcoSys.
