At EcoSys, Erik consults with leading project-driven organizations within Oil & Gas, Engineering & Construction, Utilities, Government, Aerospace & Defense, and Transportation to provide direction for implementing best practices to plan and manage project portfolios, control project costs, and improve project performance. Prior to working at EcoSys, Erik developed his expertise at companies including Babcock & Wilcox, KBR, DynCorp, and Accenture.
