Connected Scheduling and Resource Management for the Project Lifecycle

It seems a never-ending battle -- to beat back complexity in order to see the project landscape with greater clarity and make better decisions. Part of that complexity is the multitude of systems and spreadsheets that limit visibility across your entire project portfolio.

In this webinar, we showcase the latest enhancements to the EcoSys Enterprise Project Performance software platform -- scheduling and resource planning/management. With these capabilities, EcoSys helps further tame complexity, bring information together, and plan and deliver more successful projects.

Through discussion and a demonstration, this webinar shows how EcoSys:

  • Integrates native scheduling in conjunction with your existing third-party solutions
  • Balances resource demand and utilization across all portfolios, programs and projects
  • Allocates and optimizes financial, human and equipment resources based on project plans and forecasts
  • Connects critical process areas for better project and organizational performance
